By downloading, installing, or using SuperCleanerPro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
Your license allows activation on up to 5 devices simultaneously per account. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to use your licensed copy.
Annual Pass Subscription: The App offers an annual subscription at $9.99 per year, providing full access to all features across all your registered devices.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.
Registration: You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You can also sign in with your Apple ID.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
While the App is designed to help clean and optimize your Mac, we cannot guarantee specific results or performance improvements. Use of the App's cleaning features is at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
The App includes features that can permanently delete files from your system. While we implement safeguards, you acknowledge that:
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liability, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or through email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to our services.
